Before I became a coach I had a few coaches who truly didn’t give me tools that helped my body image, rather their approach gave me disordered eating patterns, body image issues and increased my gym anxiety. I told myself when I became a coach that I would never let anyone feel the way I did. I would have an approach that suited every individuals needs rather than an approach that worked for body builders and prep clients only. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to help women every single day to become their happiest selves.
