It depends on your goals! If you’re training at home, we’ll work with whatever equipment you have. If you’re heading to the gym, I’ll tailor your plan to make the most of the gym setup.

What equipment will i need access to for the program?

Yes, my coaching is designed with sensitivity to mental health and eating concerns. We’ll take a gentle, balanced approach to nutrition that respects your journey and helps you build a positive relationship with food.

Can I work with you if I have a history of disordered eating?

Nope! I don’t believe in restrictive diets that suck the fun out of life. Instead, we’ll work together to create a balanced approach to food that fuels your goals and lets you enjoy your favorite treats guilt-free.

Will I have to follow any sort of strict diet with you?

Not at all! Whether you’re a total newbie or have been working out for years, I’ll meet you where you are and help you grow from there. My coaching is all about building confidence, no matter your starting point.

Do I need experience in the gym to start coaching with you?

You’ll get fortnightly check-ins, accountability, and personalized feedback throughout your coaching journey. I’m here to guide, support, and celebrate your wins every step of the way!

What kind of support will I get?

Results vary depending on your goals, but most clients start feeling stronger and more confident within the first few weeks. Remember, this is about sustainable progress—not quick fixes!
